Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Instructor to join our team. As an Instructor, you will be responsible for delivering engaging and informative lessons to students of various ages. Duties:
- Develop and implement lesson plans that align with curriculum objectives
- Create a positive and inclusive learning environment
- Deliver engaging and interactive lessons to students
- Provide individualized instruction and support to meet the diverse needs of learners
- Assess student progress and provide feedback on their performance
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop and enhance instructional materials
- Utilize effective classroom management techniques to promote a productive learning environment
- Implement behavior management strategies when necessary

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Education or related field (Master's degree preferred)
- Proven experience in lesson planning, curriculum development, and classroom instruction
- Experience working with students of all ages, including adult learners
- Strong knowledge of instructional strategies and best practices in education
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
- Experience in tutoring or childcare is a plus
